Wednesday 11th December

  • Walworth Living Room Cafe (regular event)
    Come along to meet friendly members of the community, share a cuppa, have a chat and enjoy some food!
    1pm – 5pm in the main hall

    Suggested donation of £3 but no one is turned away for lack of funds
  • Chess Club (regular event)
    A new weekly club that helps build children’s confidence and skills in chess.

  • Blue Sewing Classes (regular event)
    These informal sessions are open to all levels, and give people an opportunity to make their own projects whilst meeting friends over a cup of tea and a biscuit.
    We also offer one-to-one workshops, team away days for businesses and schools, sewing for party decorations, upcycling fitting service
    £30 per month for 4 sessions of 2.5 hours each

    These yoga classes are for local residents and suitable for total beginners (or those with a bit more experience). The class is led by Lulu, a resident of Surrey Square.

  • Community Cinema event (one off event).

    Join us for our very first community cinema event. By popular request we present the stunning 2019 live action version of Lion King.

  • Junior TaeKwondo – ages 5 to 11 (regular event)
    4pm – 5.30pm in the small (side)hall
    This class is a Personal Development Programme aimed at beginners to have a strong emphasis on the five tenets of Taekwon-Do. The instructors use a lot of games and drills to make the class run and dynamic.

  • Open Mic Night: Poetry and Pizza (one off event)

    Come to an Open Mic Night to share your own writings, read your favourite poets or listen and get inspired! There will be special performances on the night.
