Visit to Pembroke College, Cambridge, November 2015
It was lovely to be able to celebrate All Saints’ Day at Pembroke College on Sunday 1st November. After a big brunch with some very friendly Pembroke College students, we all gathered together for Mass in Pembroke College Chapel. It was good to hear the Revd Dr James Gardom preach on why we should not have been spooked by the “ghosties” of Halloween the night before, and to sing the St. Christopher’s “Welcome Song” with the Pembroke students we met for the first time. After Mass, we split up to enjoy more of the city before meeting up for tea before the bus ride home. Thank you, Pembroke College, Cambridge for such a lovely day together!

Parish Trip to Thorpe Bay – 5th July 2014
We took a coach to the seaside for the day to visit St Augustine’s Thorpe Bay, to meet some of their community, and to spend some time in the town, on the beach and strolling along the pier.
It was a fantastic trip enjoyed by all! Special thanks to the clergy and congregation of St Augustine’s Thorpe Bay for their generous hospitality.

Retreat at Hilfield Friary, October 2013
Each year, Fr David leads us in a retreat at Hilfield Friary, in Dorset, where we have a chance to meet the Franciscan Brothers who live there, pray, eat together, and get to know each other outside of Church.
