As we continue to recover from the pandemic we’re facing new challenges in neighbourhoods like Walworth. Life certainly doesn’t feel ‘back to normal’. 

There has been change – and certainly loss – but there have also been some green shoots that if we nurture in the right way might just promise a brighter future. 

So at this year’s AGM we’ll be looking to Join the Dots: to knit together the story of our work in Walworth over recent years, to look at what’s changed and why, and what we’re going to be focusing on in the coming year.

Part of this is joining the dots between the many people who make up the Pembroke House community – people with long connections, and those with more recent ones. 

Whether you lived at Pembroke House years ago, cycled with us in Covid or helped to pack food parcels, partnered on a project, or come to the Walworth Living Room we’d love to recognise your contribution to this story and help us shape the future.

At an AGM, we report to our board about our impact and funding. We believe meetings like this should be open to everyone. We want you to know more about what we’re doing, and how we’re funded, so that together we can make more projects and ideas happen in Walworth.

There will be delicious food courtesy of Walworth Living Room chef Samar, plenty of time to chat and connect, and childcare on offer for those who need it.
