Take Action

We know that traditional volunteer roles will never be enough to transform a neighbourhood. We mobilise local people and organisations to work together to take action on local issues.

We believe that everyone in the neighbourhood has a role to play in tackling long term inequalities and creating transformational change.

At a time when many in government, the council, and some charities and organisations talk about community power and community engagement – we believe that communities themselves can play the leading role in bringing about community-led change.

Looking to make a difference to your neighbourhood as a resident? Whether it is by joining a working group to save the Barbeques in Burgess Park, build a vision for a revived East st Market, or joining a Community Pub group, there are lots of ways you can take action on local issues.
